The Easter creation of Cheval Blanc Paris

To celebrate Easter, Maxime Frédéric, Pastry Chef of Cheval Blanc Paris, and his team unveil an all-chocolate airship inspired by the bold journeys of the Edwardian era.

This airship, adorned with arabesques, echoes the motifs of Art Nouveau in its envelope, while the passionflower on the gondola’s gear, inspired by the Art Deco façade of Cheval Blanc Paris, completes the ensemble.

• The balloon: entirely fashioned from chocolate like a giant Easter egg, it reveals at its core an almond and roasted vanilla praline, evoking the breath of the steam engine that propels the airship.

• The basket: inspired by the woven wicker of early balloons, it recalls children’s Easter baskets. It contains Tahitian vanilla caramel and almond- roasted vanilla praline biscuit. At the back of the gondola, a delicate mechanism suggests the movement of the propellers, bringing this chocolate masterpiece to life.

La Belle Envolée by Cheval Blanc Paris is an ode to the dream of travel, blending imagination with indulgence, and sketching the aerial horizons of tomorrow.
