• The locomotive, with a shell of 75% dark chocolate torrefied by the chocolate-maker Nicolas Berger with, at its heart, a bar of gourmet chocolate garnished with crispy chocolate-hazelnut Gianduja.

• In the middle, a wagon brimming with caramelized, chocolate-coated hazelnuts.

• Lastly, gingerbread, orange confit, cinnamon cream, a light mousse with green cardamom.

The overall length of "La Chocomotive" is 78 centimetres. Each of the three pieces is delivered in a separate box, measuring 12.5 centimetres wide, 26 centimetres long and 17 centimetres high.

Storage
We recommend storing the locomotive and the first wagon in a fresh room, at a temperature not exceeding 17 to 19°C. The second wagon should be placed in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.

Collection can only be made at Cheval Blanc Paris. The withdrawal period is 3 working days from the date of order. The product cannot be modified. The price displayed on the site includes VAT.
