The Easter Mill

of Cheval Blanc Paris

This windmill is an ode to Maxime Frédéric's memories, to the smell of crushed grains, to the delights of bakery and to the richness of the textures and aromas that permeate the harvest season in the countryside.

Cereals are the main creative inspiration for the Cheval Blanc Paris' « Easter Mill », which has been created using 70% dark chocolate, punctuated with fleur de sel, like a dialogue between a baker and a chocolatier.


The textures are superimposed on each other, each telling the story of a farmer's passionateknow-how.

To discover from top to bottom:


• A praline centre with buckwheat caramel under the roof,

• A combination of puffed rice and praline, 

• Praline and roasted corn,

• A mix of spelt, buckwheat and puffed rice on the first floor.

A mechanism allows the arms of the chocolate windmill to spin, with the turn of a key at the back of the mill, replicating the skill of the traditional miller.

Practical informations
The Easter Mill must be kept for 1 month at between 17 and 19°C.
The wings of the mill contain an inedible wooden rod.

Orders must be placed at least 1 working day before the date of collection. Collection can only be made at Cheval Blanc Paris. The withdrawal period is 3 working days from the date of order. The product cannot be modified. The price displayed on the site includes VAT. The product is available while stocks last. No reimbursement will be made for any forgotten order.
