On the occasion of the festive season, Chef Arnaud Donckele and his team have jointly created an elegant gift box featuring semi-cooked duck foie gras accompanied by a quince compote, perfect for gracing any festive table.
 

• Whole foie gras, Sauternes, Cognac, salt, pepper, and saffron.
• French quince, sugar, quince vinegar, and saffron.


Dimensions:
The duck foie gras in its porcelain terrine and the quince compote in its jar are elegantly presented in a box measuring 20 cm in width, 23 cm in length, and 10 cm in height.

Storage
We recommend storing the terrine and the compote between 0 and 3°C. Both should be consumed preferably within 21 days of purchase to preserve their full flavour quality.

The two pieces cannot be sold separately and are collected in one box. Orders must be placed at least 1 day before the date of collection. Collection can only be made at Cheval Blanc Paris. The withdrawal period is 3 working days from the date of order. The product cannot be modified. The price displayed on the site includes VAT. The product is available while stocks last. No reimbursement will be made for any forgotten order.
